The admission is based on NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture).

Passed 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as mandatory subjects with 50% marks in aggregate, and also at least 50% marks in aggregate in the 10+2 examination. 

OR 

Passed 10+3 Diploma examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subject having obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the aggregate and Qualifying NATA (Or) any other Aptitude Test conducted by the competent authority of the State Government/ UT.

The candidate who has passed in Higher Secondary Examination or an Examination recognized equivalent thereto by the University of Calicut with 70% marks in aggregate with Mathematics as one of the subjects of examination at the higher secondary level. Admission shall be subject to obtaining a minimum of 40% marks.
