Admission Details

Applicants are required to take any one of the Admission Tests:

a) XAT to be conducted by XLRI, Jamshedpur, January 04, 2026, OR

b) CAT to be conducted by IIMs on November 30, 2025, OR

c) GMAT conducted or to be conducted in 2024 or 2025, OR

d) XGMT (XIM General Management Test) to be conducted by XIM University on January 25, 2026.

Applicants opting for XAT/CAT/GMAT are required to follow the XAT/CAT/GMAT advertisements respectively and apply in time. Registering for XAT/CAT/GMAT is a prerequisite for applying to XIM University’s MBA-BM program, if not opting for XGMT.

Candidates are required to have obtained scores from either CAT (November 2025), MAT (December 2025, February 2026, May 2026), ATMA (December 2025, Feb 2026), or TANCET (February 2026). Prospective applicants who are planning to take any of the mentioned exams are also welcome to apply, with the provision that they submit their scores once received.

Eligibility Criteria

The minimum requirement for admission to the Program is a three-year Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in any discipline with at least 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized University. Candidates who expect to complete the final part of their degree examinations by June 15, 2026, can also apply. Offers of admission to such candidates, if made, will be provisional and will be automatically cancelled in the event of their failing to complete all the requirements for obtaining the degree before June 15, 2026

A Bachelor’s Degree* in any discipline from a recognised university with minimum of 60% marks in aggregate.

*Students pursuing their final year of study can also apply. In case of being selected, the admission will be provisional, subject to completion of the degree.

Candidates with work experience will have an added advantage.
