Eligibility Criteria
1. Appeared/Passed with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA (45% in case of candidates of backward class categories and Persons with disability belonging to Maharashtra State only) in any Bachelor’s degree awarded by any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an act of Parliament or declared to be Deemed as a University under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956 of minimum three years duration in any discipline recognized by the Association of Indian Universities, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India.
2. Appeared and secured a positive non-zero score in MAH-CET (Conducted by DTE) for the Academic Year.
1) Maharashtra State Candidature Candidate
(i) The candidate should be an Indian National;
(ii) Passed minimum three year duration Bachelor’s Degree awarded by any of the Universities recognized by University Grants Commission or Association of Indian Universities in any discipline with at least 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent ( at least 45% in case of candidates of backward class categories and Persons With Disability belonging (to Maharashtra State only) or its equivalent;
(iii)Obtained non zero score in CET conducted by the Competent Authority.
(2) All India Candidature for Jammu and Kashmir as per DTE norms.
(3) NRI / OCI/ PIO, Children of Indian workers in the Gulf countries, Foreign National as per DTE norms.
