1. Online Application
   You must apply online via the MYRA website. After submitting, you need to upload required supporting documents.

2. Academic Profile Evaluation
   Your past academic records (10th, 12th, graduation etc.) are evaluated. This has 25% weightage in the admission decision.

3. Entrance Test
   You need a valid score in one of the accepted exams: CAT, XAT, GMAT, GRE, NMAT, CMAT, MAT, ATMA.
   If you don’t have one, or if your scores are below required levels, you can take the MYRA Entrance Test (MET).
   The MET is a 60-minute online test (50 questions: 20 Quant, 20 Verbal, 10 Logical Reasoning), no negative marking. This also carries 25% weightage.     

4. Admission Interview
   Shortlisted applicants (based on academic profile + entrance test + statement of purpose / essay) are called for an interview, either online or on campus.
   The interview is another 25% weightage in the decision. Sometimes it may involve 1 or 2  rounds.     

5. Offer Acceptance
   If you clear the above stages, you receive a provisional admission offer. You must accept the offer within 72 hours of receiving it

• Candidates need to appear for CAT/GMAT/XAT/ and pass with a valid score.
• Then, the candidates need to fill the online application.
• Shortlisted candidates will appear for the personal interview and Ability Written Test.
• Candidates will be finalised for admission based on Academics, Work Experience, Awards & Achievements, Interview evaluation, Essays, Diversity and relative merit within the interviewed candidates.

A bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 50% and above, from a recognized institution, is a pre-requisite. Your subject background, extra-curricular activities, awards, and recognitions are also considered during evaluation. Good academic standing is a pre-requisite and carries 25% weightage in the admission decisions.

For SC, ST, OBC candidates the qualifying criteria are as per AICTE norms.

• All applicants are required to appear for GMAT^x/CAT*/XAT⁺ before applying to Great Lakes Institute of Management.
• For PGDM 2026 Intake, Great Lakes Institute of Management will accept scores of GMAT taken after 1st January 2023, CAT taken in 2024/2025, XAT taken in 2025/2026.
• All applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution and minimum 60% score across 10^th/12^th/Undergraduation.
• Freshers and candidates with strictly less than 36 months of work experience as on 30th June 2026 ONLY are eligible to apply.
• Candidates with 2-3 years of work experience by 30th April 2026 are encouraged to apply for the One Year Flagship PGPM. They are also eligible to apply for the Two year PGDM.
• In case an eligible candidate would like to apply for both the programs, they may do so by filling the application forms for both PGPM and PGDM separately. Candidates will be evaluated based on the respective program’s admission criteria. The admissions panel may also recommend the candidates for a specific program based on the assessment and program fit
• Candidates with family business experience, or belonging to business families and planning to join the business after their MBA, can enroll for the PGPM
• There will be a special preference for College / University rank holders in terms of an extra weightage gained as part of the selection process. The onus of proof of rank is vested in the applicant.
