Admission Details
Admissions to the BDS course will be done through National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG). The selection of students to the dental college shall be based solely on the merit of the candidate and for determining merit.
The candidates should have also qualified through NEET.
Eligibility Criteria
For admission to the BDS course, the candidate should have passed the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English individually and must have obtained at least 50 percent marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology taken together in the qualifying examination i.e., 10 + 2 /HSC or equivalent. The student needs to appear in all India medical entrance exams or the Common Entrance Test (CET) to get admission to the Bachelor in Dental Surgery Course. Candidate should be 12th pass in PCB with 50% marks.
The candidate should have a Pass in PUC/PDC/10+2 or equivalent with Science subject PCB and English, 50% marks in aggregate (40% marks in case of SC/ST Karnataka candidates only).
