Admission Details

Admission to the LL.M. Program shall exclusively be based on the performance of the candidate in the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT). However, in order to be eligible to appear in CLAT.

The Admission is based on the merit list of the PG CLAT score of the admission year.

Eligibility Criteria

An LL.B Degree or an equivalent examination with a minimum of Fifty percent (50%) of marks or its equivalent grade in case of candidates belonging to General/OBC/PWD/NRI/PIO/OCI categories and Forty-Five percent (45%) of marks or its equivalent grade in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST categories.
Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination in April/May are also eligible to apply.
No upper age limit is prescribed for appearing in CLAT.

Candidate has to qualify PG CLAT exam of the admission year
Passed three years LL.B. program after graduation or five years of integrated law degree programs with 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent.
