Admission Details

Admission will be based on merit of the candidate in the Entrance Test to be conducted by the Department. For dates/time/venue of entrance test and/or counseling consult.

Eligibility Criteria

MBBS/BDS from a Medical/Dental Institute of India or other countries recognized by the
respective Council with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) in aggregate.
Bachelor of Physiotherapy/Bachelor of Science in Genetics/Nursing/Human
Biology/Biotechnology/Bachelor of Pharmacy/Bachelor of Technology/Bachelor of
Architecture (associated with hospitals for two years), Master of Science in Life Science
with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) in aggregate.
Postgraduate Diploma in Hospital Management from Guru Nanak Dev University will be
eligible for lateral entry to the second year of the course with at least 50% marks (45% for
SC/ST) in aggregate
Any other examination recognized equivalent thereto with at least 50% marks (45% for
SC/ST) in aggregate.

A Degree in Bachelor of Public Health/ MBBS/ Ayush (BUMS/BAMS/BHMS), BBA, BHA, BSc Nursing/ B. Pharma or its equivalent qualifications from a recognized University/ Institution.

Graduation in any stream with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University.
Graduation in any stream with at least 45% marks in aggregate from a recognized University for SC/ST/OBC classes.
