Selection for admission into the Five-year Integrated BA.LLB(Hons.) The course at NERIM Law College under Dibrugarh University shall be based on interview and counselling.

Students will be selected on merit cum admission test and interview. 

For admission into the Five-Year integrated BALLB (Hons.) Programme, a candidate shall have passed the Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) or equivalent examination securing 45% in aggregate, provided that there shall be a relaxation of 5% marks for SC/ST and 3% for OBC candidates. A student of BA.LLB(H) 5-year integrated programme shall have to attend a minimum of 70% of total classes in each paper to be eligible to appear in each semester-end examination. N.B.: Eligibility criteria and other procedures, such as for Admission and Examination, are subject to change from time to time as per the notification of the University.

A candidate for should be passed the Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) or an equivalent examination thereto securing in aggregate not less than 45% of the total marks for General candidates and not less than  40% of the total marks for SC/ST/OBC candidates.
