The Institute conducts admissions for the Management Quota, which accounts for 10% of the total intake for respective courses. Candidates seeking admission to Management Quota seats are to satisfy below below-mentioned eligibility criteria. Additionally, candidates need to qualify for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) conducted by the Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs). The merit for admission is drawn based on aggregate marks obtained in the qualifying examination, i.e., 10+2, and the Rank Secured in the CLAT Examination.

Admission will be done on the basis of IILM Law Entrance Test / CLAT score followed by an interview. 

• Pass in 12th class of 10+2 of CBSE or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate* and must also have passed English (core or elective or functional) as a subject.
• Aggregate of 50% marks in the 12th class for eligibility will be taken as the aggregate of best four subjects (unless otherwise specified) including English.

Successful completion of 10+2 level from any recognized board in India or Overseas with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
