• The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years on 31st December of the year in which admission is sought.
• Minimum education: 10+2 class passed with Science (PCB) & English Core/English Elective with an aggregate of 45% marks from recognized board under AISSCE/CBSE/ICSE/SSCE/HSCE or other equivalent Board.
• Students shall be medically fit.
• Students appearing inthe  10+2 examination in Science conducted by the National Institute of Open School with 45% marks.
• Students shall be admitted once a year.

2. Minimum Educational Qualification

a) Candidate with Science who has passed the qualifying 12th Standard examination (10+2) and must have obtained a minimum of 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology taken together and passed in English individually.

b) Candidates are also eligible from State Open School, recognized by the State Government, and National Institute of Open School(NIOS) recognized bythe  Central Government, having Science subjects and English only

c) English is a compulsory subject in 10+2 for being eligible for admission to B.Sc.(Nursing).

3. Colour blind candidates are eligible, provided that colour-corrective contact lenses and spectacles are worn by such candidates

4. Candidate shall be medically fit.

5. Married candidates are also eligible for admission.

6. Students shall be admitted once a year.
