A candidate who has passed the two years Pre-University Examination conducted by the Pre-University Education Board in the State of Karnataka or any other examination considered as equivalent thereto by the Karnataka State Law University is eligible for admission to the Five Year B.A. LL.B Degree Course. A candidate who fulfils the above requirement, shall have obtained not less then 44.5% of the aggregate marks in the qualifying examination. (39.5% in the case of SC and ST Students).

Passed 10 + 2 of Board of School Education, Haryana or equivalent recognized examination with English as one of the subjects, securing not less than 45% marks (42.75% for reserved category).
