Pharmacy is a great career option that has huge scope with many lucrative opportunities. So here are some ways by which candidate can get admission in B. pharmacy. Every university conduct entrance exam and the eligibility is PCM or PCB If any candidate wants to get admission in B.pharmacy then they can get the admission through merit for which they should have good percentage in their 12th class exam. As many colleges are giving admission based on candidate 12 exam percentage. Management quota before we dive into understanding the admission process for B.pharmacy through management quota, it is important for you to understand what the term management quota means. This is basically a type of direct admission for candidates who either do not want to go through an entrance exam or have not scored well in the entrance exam. Lateral entry - If any candidate wants to get admission in b pharmacy then they can get after completing their two year of diploma in pharmacy course and can get admission in B. pharmacy in college as a lateral entry directly in 2nd Year.
Admission will be made on the basis of merit list of Entrance Test conducted by the University plus sports weightage.
Eligibility Criteria
10+2 from a recognised Board with PCM / Biology as compulsory subjects with 50% marks.
Candidate shall have passed 10+2 examination conducted by the respective state/ central government authorities recognized as equivalent to 10+2 examination by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) with English as one of the subjects and physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (P.C.M.) and or Biology (P.C.B./ P.C.M.B.) as optional subjects individually. Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to any of the above examinations.
