• Admission to B.Phrama (Except UPSEE ) is made based on an entrance test /Personal Interview held at College Campus Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh India. • A minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology in the 10+2 examination or any equivalent examination. 
• (lateral entry) to the second year for diploma holders. Candidate should have passed a two-year Diploma (D. Pharm) from an institute recognized by the Pharmacy.

• 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with Mathematics/Biotechnology /Computer Science/Biology with minimum 50% (40% for SC/ST) marks in the above subjects.
• Direct Lateral Entry in B. Pharm Second Year: Should have an aggregate of 60% marks in the first and second year D. Pharm examination.
