     Candidate seeking admission in the Institute through WBJEE or JEE MAIN examination with valid rank and required marks in ‘10+2’ level or equivalent examination from any recognized Board / University. In B. Pharm. course, 90% students of approved intake capacity will be admitted based on the merit position secured by the candidate in the Joint Entrance Examination of the State. Students based on merit position in JEE MAIN may also be admitted up to 10% of the total intake.     Eligibility Criteria

    • Candidate must have passed ‘10+2’ examination with physics, Chemistry, Mathematics / Biology as compulsory subjects with individual pass marks (in both theory and practical wherever applicable) in all three subjects as stated above in regular class mode.
    • Must have obtained at least 45% marks (40% for SC, ST, OBC-A, OBC-B, and PWD candidates) in the above three subjects taken together.
    • Must have passed English in the ‘10+2’ examination with at least 30% marks.
    • The Board of the said Qualifying examination must be recognized by the Central Government or State Government concerned. However, as per the rules of the concerned Regulatory Body, the students passing ‘10+2’ qualification from non-formal and non-classroom-based schooling such as National Institute of Open Schooling, open school system of States, etc., shall not be eligible for admission in B. Pharm. Course.
    • The lower age limit is 17 (seventeen) years as on 31 December of the Admission Year. There is no upper age limit.
