For admission to the first year of B. Pharm., the candidate (Only from Uttar Pradesh state) must have passed the intermediate examination of U. P. Board or 10+2 level examination or its equivalent from any recognized Board. The candidate is essentially required to pass (as per the respective Board) in each subject (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics / Biology).

For Lateral Entry: The candidates who have passed 2/3 years Diploma in Pharmacy securing a minimum 50% (45% for SC/ST) marks from an institution located in U.P. and recognized by the Board of Technical Education, U.P., are eligible for admission to the second year of B. Pharm only.

Candidate must have passed 10+2 Examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with Mathematics/Biology

B.Pharma (Lateral Entry in II year): 

• Candidates having a Diploma in Pharmacy may take direct admission in II year (III semester). The candidate must have passed a Diploma in Pharmacy, securing 45% marks for (General /OBC)& 40% marks for (SC/ST) in aggregate.
