The admission process for the online MBA at Galgotias University is done in online mode. Eligible candidates need to browse the official university website and apply for admission online. They should check and meet all the prerequisites and fill in an online enrollment information form. After that, they have to submit a duly filled application form online, along with the relevant documents, and pay the applicable fee.

Documents required for online MBA admission are as follows:

• Scanned copy of a Passport-size colour photograph and thumb impression (Left-hand thumb of Male and Right-hand thumb of female).

• A colour scanned copy of the government-recognised identity proof e.g. Aadhar Card.

• A colour scanned copy of the original qualifying examination Certificate / Marksheet.

• Any colour scanned copy of the original documents mentioning the Date Of Birth

• Scanned copy of the Parent/Guardian's Signature

• Scanned copy of the Student's Signature

All candidates seeking admission to the MBA at MIMT will be required to appear in either CAT/ XAT/ MAT, or UPSEE. Candidates not appearing for any Management entrance exams will have to appear for MIMT’s entrance exam. Besides entrance exams, the candidates are required to register at MIMT, Greater Noida through a separate Application Form, which will be available online along with an Information prospectus from the website of the Institute or the Admissions Desk, MIMT, Greater Noida at the cost of RS 600. Candidates short-listed based on CAT/ MAT score will be called for Group Discussion (GD), a written test, followed by a Personal Interview (PI) for final selection.

Candidates who want to enrol in the online MBA by Galgotias University must meet the eligibility criteria prescribed by the university. Students must have completed a graduation degree from a recognised university with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks in the qualifying exam.

The applicant must hold a bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks from any of the universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India. Candidates appearing for the final bachelor's degree/equivalent qualification examination can also apply.
