Admission to the Galgotias University Online BCA is done online. Candidates who are eligible for the course should go to the official website of the university and apply for admission online. They must check and meet all the prerequisites and then fill up an enrollment information form. Once it is done, they need to complete an application form online, submit the relevant documents, and applicable fee.

Documents needed for online BCA admission are as follows:

• Scanned copy of a Passport-size colour photograph and thumb impression (Left-hand thumb of Male and Right-hand thumb of female).

• A colour scanned copy of the government-recognised I’d e.g. Aadhar Card.

• A colour scanned copy of the original qualifying examination Certificate / Marksheet.

• Any colour scanned copy of the original documents mentioning the Date Of Birth

• A scanned copy of the Parent/Guardian's Signature

Admission shall be based on the merit of the written test /CET.

Candidates willing to enrol in the online BCA at Galgotias University must have passed class 12 with 50% in the best four relevant subjects (i.e. English & Maths / Computer Applications / Informatics Practice / Computer Science / Multimedia & Web).

Pass in 12th Class of 10+2 of CBSE or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate* with a pass in English (core or elective or functional). Mathematics or (Computer Science / Informatics Practice / Computer Applications / Multimedia & Web Technology / Data Management Application / Web Application as a compulsory subject of non-vocational stream with 50 theory and 50 practical ratio.

Three-year Diploma in a branch of Engineering from a polytechnic duly approved by All India Council for Technical Education and affiliated to a recognized examining body with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate.
