Admission Details
The admission procedure is taken through TWO SCHEMES:
SCHEME – I (SUBSIDIZED SEATS )
There shall be entrance examination admission test for candidates seeking admission to BCA course. The Selection process comprises of two stages viz. Written Test of 70 marks and Academic Weightage of 30 marks. The Merit will be drawn out of 100 marks.
The Written test contains question on Quantitative aptitude, General English and General Knowledge having weightage of 30, 20 and 20 marks respectively. The Academic weightage of 30 marks spreads as under:-
10% of marks percentage of marks obtained in matriculation exam and 20% of marks percentage obtained in +2 examination.
SCHEME – II (NON-SUBSIDIZED SEATS )
This scheme admits students as per the merit in entrance examination after filling seats in subsidized category. Top 20 candidates in BCA self financing programme shall be admitted. The candidate seeking admission under payment non-subsidised category must submit his/her application on a plain paper with the Co-ordinator BCA within three days after the display of 1st Merit list forsubsidized seats.
In addition to the eligibility conditions mentioned above (under Scheme I), NRIs/ NRI Sponsored/Foreign nationals shall be required to submit along with the application form, any one of the following documents as may be applicable for category of their candidature.

Eligibility Criteria
(a) The Candidate should pass Plus two Exam in any discipline under the 10+2 system or any other examination equivalent thereto, of Board/University established by law in India with at least 40% marks (35% marks in case of SC/ST candidates).
(b) Any examination of a Board/University/College/School in a foreign country recognized as equivalent for the purpose of eligibility as laid down by the Vice Chancellor/Equivalence Committee or on the recommendation of Association of Indian Universities. AIU House, 16 Kotla Marg New Delhi-i 10002, with at least 40% marks (35% marks in case of SC/ST candidates).
All those candidates who have passed the 10+2 examination in any stream from a Board recognized or established by the Central/State Government through legislation shall be eligible to apply. Further, the candidate should have obtained at least 45% marks (40% in the case of the candidate belonging to the reserved category) in the qualifying examination.
