• Bachelor's Degree and / or in the Master's Degree in Science/ with at least 50% Social Science /Humanities/ Commerce or any other qualification marks in aggregate equivalent thereto.
• Bachelor's in Engineering or technology with specialization with at least 55% in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other marks in aggregate qualification equivalent thereto (as per the NCTE norms and regulations, 2014-notified in Gazette of India).

Only those candidates would be eligible for admissions who have secured a minimum of 50% in the aggregate in their Graduation/Post Graduation examinations from any recognized university. [Relaxation would be granted to SC/ST candidates who produce the relevant certificates). Working knowledge of English is essential. Applicants coming from Universities other than Sikkim University need to submit their Migration Certificates preferably at the time of their admissions or latest by the end of July.
