Admission in rest 50% (25% plus 25%) of the total seats is considered for the candidates from North-East & other States through JEE (Main) Counseling (JoSAA/CSAB).

Accordingly, other criteria are on par with the JEE (Main) criteria.

Admissions to the B.Tech. programmes are made once a year in July based on rank in JEE-
(Main), conducted on an All India level by CBSE.

Eligibility Criteria

Passed 10+2 Examination with Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry /Biotechnology /Biology /Technical Vocational subject.

Must have passed class XII (or equivalent) Board examination with a minimum of five subjects and secured at least 75% aggregate marks. The aggregate marks for SC, ST and PwD candidates should be at least 65%.
