    • In Telangana, for admission to the B.Pharm course, the Govt of Telangana conducts an entrance exam called TS EAMCET every year in the month of April/May.
    • The students are given ranks based on the marks obtained in the test. Admissions are conducted systematically by means of counseling based on the rank by the convener of TS EAMCET.
    • This opportunity is given to the student to choose the course and college. 70% of seats are filled through the TS EAMCET rank. 30% seats are filled by the management based on merit at the Intermediate.

    Admission to B. Pharmacy (as is the case with other professional courses like B. Tech, M.B.B.S., B.D.S., and other medical streams) is based on the common entrance test, EAMCET, conducted by the State Government every year in April/May. Ranking depends upon scores secured in EAMCET as well as Intermediate or any other equivalent 10+2 examination, followed by admissions conducted by the Convener, EAMCET, through web counseling. Thus, the applicants have an opportunity to choose the course and college depending on their scores and the availability of seats. 70% of the seats are filled by the rank obtained in EAMCET by the convener, and 30% of seats are filled by the Management, based on the merit at Intermediate or any other equivalent 10+2 examination, by rules prescribed by the State Government from time to time.
