Admission shall be through UP Combined Entrance Test (UPCET). In case seats lie vacant after UPCET counseling, admissions shall be made by university directly through the merit of UPCET qualified candidates.

• Admission is done based on the UPSEE Entrance Test conducted by AKTU Lucknow.
• Admission to B.Phrama (Except UPSEE ) is made based on an entrance test /Personal Interview held at College Campus Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh India. Admission to these courses is subject to fulfillment of the eligibility criteria. Before applying for any of the courses, please ensure you fulfill the eligibility criteria.

Candidate must have passed in 10+2 / Intermediate/ Higher Secondary or equivalent examination with science subjects (Biology and/or Mathematics) and minimum 50% of marks in aggregate in PCM/PCB group. Lateral Entry (B. Pharm 2nd year ( 3rd Sem.) is subject to availability of seats in the year.

• A minimum of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology in the 10+2 examination or any equivalent examination. 
• (lateral entry) to the second year for diploma holders. Candidate should have passed a two-year Diploma (D. Pharm) from an institute recognized by the Pharmacy.
