Admission Details
In the admission procedure, allotment of seats and fees structure for all the seats, our College strictly adheres the order of the Government of Karnataka amended from time to time and prevalent at the date of admission. As per the order of the Government of Karnataka, the allotment and distribution of the seats are as follows:
The candidates satisfying the above criterion can apply through:-
Management Quota: The admission under management quota is processed in the office of the BMS Educational Trust. The Council of Trustees decide the tuition fee for various courses under management quota and seats are allotted by the Chief of the Admission Committee. The BMS Educational Trust advertises regarding the admission and the application forms are issued to the aspirants in the month of June / July of every year.
Eligibility Criteria
Pass in 2nd PUC/12th/Equivalent Exam with English as one of the Languages and a minimum of 45% Marks in aggregate in Physics and Mathematics along with Chemistry/Bio-Technology/Biology/Electronics/Computer Science. (40% for SC, ST, Specified category Candidates).
B.E. LEET - Diploma students should have 50% aggregate marks in all three years.
The candidates shall have passed the 2nd year Pre University or 12th standard or equivalent examination held preceding the entrance test with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with one of the following subjects - Chemistry, Bio-technology, Computer Science, Biology or Electronics. The Candidate should have secured not less that 45% of aggregate marks in optional subjects with English as one of the languages for admissions to engineering.
For engineering admission in bangalore through management quota in BMSIT & M, the minimum percentage of marks expected is 60% as per the current norms of the management.
