Admissions to P.G. Programmes will be based on the overall percentage of marks secured in the qualifying UG/PG degree. Preference will be given to GATE score holders.

Centralized Counseling for M.Tech. admissions (CCMT) is an online admission process for all National Institutes of Technologies (NITs) and several other Centrally funded institutes based on Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) examination.

Eligibility Criteria

The candidate should have passed in B.E. / B.Tech. Degree in CSE / ECE / EEE / EIE / I&C / IT.

For a candidate to be eligible for M.Tech. programme:

Must have a valid GATE Score
In qualifying degree, the candidates should have passed and secured at least 6.5 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) or 60% for OC/OB, whereas 6.0 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) or 55% in case of SC/ST/ PwD candidates.
The above-mentioned CGPA/Percentage should be awarded by a recognized University/Institute.
Conversion from CGPA to a percentage or vice versa given by individual Institute/ university will not be considered/ allowed.
