Indian students

• Admission will be based on meeting the eligibility conditions listed in Section A and Section B and the performance in the GATE (or equivalent SRM M.Tech. Entrance Exam) and personal interview.
• The decision of the admission committee will be final and binding.

The students are admitted into the four-year undergraduate programs in two categories. The first category, Category-A seats constitute 70% of the total seats in the college. The Category-A seats are filled through Convener, EAMCET, Andhra Pradesh.  The second category, Category-B seats constitute 30% of the total available seats. The Category-B seats are filled by the management through the newspaper advertisement.

A. Nationality

• Resident or Non-Resident Indian (NRI) holders of PIO or OCI cards issued by the Government of India can apply for the selection process.

B. Eligibility to Apply

Indian students

• A minimum aggregate score of 60% or equivalent grade point in Standard Class X, XII, and applicable/relevant UG programme.

Relevant UG Programs

• Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) (MTech in AI & ML, MTech in Data Science and MTech in Cyber Security) - BE/BTech in CSE/IT/SWE (or) MSc (CSE/IT) or MCA.
• Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) (MTech in IOT, MTech in VLSI) - BE/BTech in Electronic Engineering Branches such as ECE, EEE, and EIE.
• Mechanical Engineering (MTech in Materials and Manufacturing Technology & MTech in Thermal Engineering) - BE/BTech in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Metallurgy, and Production Engineering.
• Environmental Science and Engineering (M.Tech. in Environmental and Sustainable Engineering) - B.E/B.Tech. in Environmental Eng./Civil Eng./Chemical Eng./Energy & Env./Agriculture or relevant fields (or) M.Sc. in Environmental Science or relevant fields (and ) Written Test + Interview

A Category - Convener quota (70% of intake in each branch): 

• The candidate shall be of Indian National.
• The candidate should have completed 16 years of age as on 31st December of the Academic year for which the admissions are being conducted.
• The Candidate for admission to the four-year degree course in Engineering must have passed the Intermediate examination of the Board of Intermediate Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as optional subjects, or any other examination recognized as equivalent to Intermediate thereto.
• The Candidates seeking admission should qualify for the EAMCET Examination conducted by the Govt. of AP. The candidates will be admitted strictly in accordance with the merit secured at the Entrance Examination keeping in view the rules in force regarding the reservations of seats of various categories of candidates.
• The candidate should satisfy Local/Non-Local status requirement as laid down in the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions) Order,1974 as subsequently amended.
