The Candidate who passed. Seeking admission into a 5-year law course, only the 10th and 12th qualification suffices, with the 10th being the basic qualification for seeking admission into the 5-year law course.
The qualifications for 10th and 12th may be obtained through any mode (distance/correspondence / open schooling method).
And the Pass percentage is 45% for the general category, 42% for the OBC category, and 40% for the SC/ST category.

The candidate should have passed a year Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of SC/ST categories) in the qualifying examination or any other examination recognized as equivalent to Intermediate by the University, Board of Intermediate Education, and Bar Council of India.
