Yes you surely can get through the waiting list with special category  waiting of 7. You might need to wait longer as the number of rounds usually extends late and meanwhile don't kill your other options and keep on trying at other places also. You cannot be 100% sure about allotment.

To be able to check your amueee rank, you need to first visit http://results.amucontrollerexams.com/results/ .

On clicking on the option of the required course, the result will be displayed in a downloadable pdf format. You will be able to find your roll number and rank in it.

Dear HK Gupta keeps patience last week doesn't mean you get result on the first day of last week might be you result on the last day of last week. So keep patience and keep updated yourself and do visit regular websites of result and other information too regarding the result.

It may be difficult but you should try 

It depends on the difficulty level of the paper .Sometimes the cutoff was way too high and some time it dropped .

So based on previous year statistics 

For external students it was 70-80

For internal it was 60-65 

And one year the internal cutoff dipped to 40 

So try eventhough it's difficult 

Depends on competition and difficulty level of question paper

The results of BTech exam will be declared by the respective institute

Kindly clarify the question 

Every institute declares the results of engineering exams 

They are declared after every semester 

Results of mostly all college will be declared in July second semester

This varies from one college to other
