No you cannot qaulify the entrance without clearing it. There will be a cut-off mark that is required to be scored in order to be recognized as qualified. If you do not qualify you will not be able to get admission to the courses of college that require the qualification of this entrance.

 Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) will release the cutoff of AMUEEE 2019 for candidates to know the minimum marks required to get admission. AMUEEE 2019 cutoff will be determined by the authorities of the university following certain influential factors. It is to be noted that because of the variable factors involved in making of AMUEEE cutoff 2019, it will vary for each category and B.Tech programme offered by the university through AMUEEE. You must and should have pass the Class 12 and you should have marks list of class 12 unless your not eligible for the B.Tech. Every Institution will some Instructions & eligibility criteria about admission process. You may not be a merit students you must clear all your subjects in class 12. Every College will check the Original documents at the time of counselling at time your have produce your Class 11 & 12 documents. If your fail to submit the documents you are not eligibile for admission in that college. My friendly advice is to clear your exam as possible.
