One cannot predict the marks required to be scored to get admission into AMU B.tech. So let me break it down like this:

AMU CSE Branch has 50 seats

To qualify for counselling process you will have to score 70+ marks as an external  general category student. The rest is decided based on ranks. Ranks and marks can differ each year based on The number of candidates appearing, difficulty of paper, reservation seats, etc.

Since there are only 50 seats in the CSE branch, one can predict that you'd have to be in the top 100 ranks in the AMUEEE exam in order to be comfortably get admission into the CSE course at AMU.

Since there are 50 seats at AMU for CSE branch it can be predicted that the cut off rank would lie somewhere between 1-100 for general category candidates. As for marks to be score to get into that rank range, it cannot be said since it varies each year.

Aligarh Muslim University is a leading public central university which has A graded Institute by NAAC. Though this university neither release its cut off nor any particular data is available anywhere. As the competition is concerned there is no fixed cut-off for entrance. If you score is 90/150( for external student) you name will be there in the selection list definitely and for internal students 80/150 is sufficient to get admit to university.

Whatever it is based on previous year's students' experience. It can vary every year as per demand of competition.

Since you have not written your problem in details it is difficult to understand what information you would like to fetch. Still I'll try my best to help you out. If you want to take up commerce stream after your 10th boards in your own school, then you just have to full fill the minimum criteria. That means you must get the minimum cut off marks your school has set up . Moreover some schools have a cut off on some specific subjects as well, apart from the overall cut off. Like for example, for commerce stream some schools set up a cut-off of 70% in mathematics and 65% on the average of all the subjects, and if the student gets enough marks to fulfill the criteria they get admitted. One benifit of getting admission for 11th class in the same school from where you have completed your 10th class is that they set up a lower cut-off for their own students rather than newly admitted students. So, if you wish to change your school after 10th , the cut off will be a little higher.
