No with 31000 rank you cannot get seat in siddhardha college . You can try other private colleges
If you are qualified then you will get a eamcet rank .may be there is some problem in registration . Call to the EAMCET board and clarify
If u pass ipe exams without supplementary then your result will appear,if u pass in supplementary exam then u have to wait few more days for rank.
