Yes. You are eligible for the counselling. However you will be considered as a non-local candidate and seats filling procedure for non local Candidates is different. You'll have the least priority and CAP quota will not be applicable for CAPF/ARMY professionals.

For EAMCET preparation you should complete your text book first. Syllabus is based on your boards exam.

After, completing your text books you can refer to narayana or chaitanya books.

For mathematics you can also go for S. Chand and for physics H.C Verma
