After the first phase counselling ,if you are alloted a seat,you should join that branch and college,but if you alloted a seat and you are not interested in that aprticular branch and college you were alloted in first phase,you need to leave that and take part in second

I understand your concern, but it is very uncertain. The cut off usually increase. However, just like you, there would be many students waiting for the AP EAMCET counselling. many of the students might prefer a government college, they might be sure by looking at the past cut offs
