To get free seat a candidate must secure rank below 10,000 in the AP EAMCET. Candidates securing rank below 10,000 are eligible to get free seat regardless of their category and stream. As your rank is above 10,000 you cannot get seat in B.Sc Agriculture through AP EAMCET.
Yes, Telangana students are eligible for AP eamcet counselling. TS and AP students can join in any college but reimbursement is only given for home state students and income should be less than 1 lakh per annum.
