Yes you will be able to get admission in tseamcet and ap eamcet. Last year I had got around 45k rank and i got enrolled for IT in St.Martins and for CSE in Vidya Jyothi. I chose CSE from Vidya Jyothi Institute of Technology.

AP EAMCET is a state level Common Entrance test to get admission in various Engineering Colleges in Andhra Pradesh. SVU is one of the top colleges in Andhra Pradesh. As per your Marks and Category you won't get admission in SV University in the stream of ECE.
