Yes, you should go for counseling. You will not get top-notch colleges as your rank is very high.

To get the rank you need to consult the AP eamcet official board that is responsible for conducting exams in AP. This year that is Jntu kakinada. I think you need to write an email to board so that you can get a helping email from the AP
