It is difficult to predict the scope of these branches in future. it is better to choose your branch of interest. however for now cse and ece are majorly choosen branches. Placement for these branches are better. there are exceptions such that you need not to worry about

You can top and good colleges in ap through cap quota even if you have 34000 rank in ap emcet. Colleges like Sri Vidya Niketan college in Tirupati ,G pulla Reddy engineering college in Kurnool etc . You will get a good college beacuse you have CAP

It depends on which branch you choose, irrespective of branch JNTU has ranking range from 10-15k so it should be your first priority, and next RVR college which has ranking range from 22-35k so you can add it next to JNTU. VR siddartha college comes next has different
