Hey Ram, there will certificate verfication at counselling centers declared by Board/university.You can go there and show them your marks memos and submit the declaration form.(link provided below).Take photocopies of necessary documents for proof of 10+2 marks.And intially contact the AP convener center.(As soon as possible)

By the looks of your rank it does not look like you ll get an A-Tier college as CSE branch is most popular amongs aspirants nowadays. However there is a possibilty of getting direct admission in a private college if sought well. Also check if management seats are available
