I had got 52 marks in Ap eamcet after adding cut off marks it will be in between 82-83 marks is it eligible marks for agriculture Bsc? 

Yes you can definitely get minimum seat with this marks in EAMCET 2019. Results will be out in May. Wait for some months more. Let' hope for the best. Fulfil your dreams.

The minimum marks to qualify EAMCET exam is 25% of the maximum marks and no cut off if you have reservation. You can still join any engineering college through management quota where you should pay the donation and get yourself a admission.
