Is there any drawback in skipping BITSAT 1st attempt and giving the 2nd one?

Piyush kesarwani 4th Apr, 2022

hello aspirant,

I would like to tell you that there are not any such drawbacks if you wish to give only the second attempt for the BITSAT 2022 examination. But, there is one drawback in not giving the first attempt of the BITSAT exam, and which is : - when you give the first attempt of BITSAT then you get familiar with all the paper patterns and the stress of the Competitive examination for the first time. This will help you to perform much better the next time when you will appear for the second attempt in BITSAT Examination 2022.  Giving the first attempt of any competitive examination cools down all the stress and anxiety and thus, it helps in performing much better in the second attempt too.

So, i would advise you to do not skip your first attempt. Give both the attempts of BITSAT examination.

Further, if you wish to know more details regarding the BITSAT 2022 examination, then follow the below mentioned link below to know more about it : https://www.careers360.com/exams/bitsat#:~:text=BITSAT%20exam%202022%20will%20be,can%20apply%20till%20May%2021.

I hope that this will help.

i got aggregate 74.5 percent inn boards and 73 aggregate in pcm am i elegible for bitsat?

vyshnava kumar 25th Mar, 2022
Hello aspirant,

Hope you are doing great. The eligibility criteria in BITSAT exam is mainly concerned with class 12th. As per the eligibility criteria, one must score 60% of aggregate marks in each (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) subject of PCM. Also, one must score 75% of total marks in 12th as a whole.

As per your question, you mentioned that you had scored 73% aggregate marks as a whole, so you are not eligible. However, if you did not mention the separate score in each subject of Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry.

will the difficulty level of bitsat will increase as the pattern has changed

Ashmi Singh 23rd Mar, 2022

Hello Aspirant! As far as BITSAT is concerned, it's always easier than JEE Main and Advanced. As far as of now, as the pattern is changed you can expect a slight change in the type of the question and the time it will take to solve the same. But difficulty level cannot be more than that of JEE that's for sure. If you study hard and practice the concepts and questions you won't find any examination difficult. It's just the pattern that has changed and not the syllabus. So solve previous year questions and mock test papers for this year. You'll definitely score well.
Hope this helps!
