See, one cannot predict the BITSAT cutoff since the exam is held on Various Days and it completely depends on various factors. But still going by some trends and statistics, the cutoff should lie somewhere between 250-290.

YES you do have decent chances to get M.Sc at BITS PILANI HYDERABAD CAMPUS for CHEMISTRY STREAM since the last year cutoff for this programme was 222 Marks.

See, both campuses are good but HYDERABAD CAMPUS houses Maximum no. Of Engineering and Sciences departments as compared to that of PILANI and GOA CAMPUS.
Hence, Infrastructure and Facilities wise HYDERABAD will be a better choice to go with.
