You have good chances of getting Civil in PILANI campus because the 2017 cut-off was 296 although for all the previous years it was in the range of 300.

both are a better option with regards to your ranks.
BITSAT - you can get any of campus with this marks but branch may vary.in Pilani(main) campus, you can get chemical, manufacture, civil etc. but you can not get main streams like CSE, mech etc.
JEE-main - with
