Sorry to say this year you can not appear for BITSAT they follow their rule very strictly.
You first get the chapters and theories cleared from your regular books from NCERT or the ones you use for preparing JEE.After this, you can solve BITSAT practice questions and Archived questions from Self Study Guide for Online BITSAT Book by Arihant.

No, you can't change the date slot once it is confirmed you may contact to BITS pilani is you want and if you have a geniune reason they may help you but the chances are low as the slot booking will be close on 10 April almost all the slots
