Based on 2019 cut off you may have chances of getting seat in
BITS, Pilani
BITS, Goa
BITS, Hyderabad
Cut off is subjected to change, it may increase or decrease depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam
Once the applications are closed you cannot apply for BITSAT 2020. The last date was May 11, 2020 to apply for BITSAT 2020. The applications were not opened again. You have to know the importance dates so that you won't miss the deadline. You may have to apply next
Last year the cutoff for mechanical Engineering were as follows -

BITS Hyderabad - 275
You would be able to get both the branches comfortably , and you can even get mechanical in Pilani also , as cutoffs are tending to decrease every
