To be eligible to apply for BITSAT a candidate must have passed 10+2 with Mathematics/Biology, Physics and Chemistry with 70% overall aggregate and must have scored 60% marks individually in Maths, Physics and Chemistry.As you have not scored the minimum percentage in qualifying exam you are not eligible.
Then have not yet announced the new dates for BITSAT. However we can guess that it would be conducted around end of July or in August.
