If you have paid the BVP CET fees then according to the norms mentioned on the website you can get the refund back,as per the mentioned statement.

As per your rank, you have average chances in BVP, PUNE under LAW Course. You need to clear the cutoff provided by the college. I suggest you to contact the college & may apply for the vacant seats after the counselling.

they offical have announced and the date is July 7, 8 & 9, 2018
If is there any but they have no issued any date of wait of it of attent it.
