Yes , the central universities under cucet is good for pursuing BA courses.
The teaching faculty of the universities is good, infrastructure is also good.
Generally, there are 14 CUCET 2020 participating universities which are central universities.

The CUCET 2020 results are not yet announced. It is expected to be released in the month of June 2020, specifically in the third week. The officials will release the results on the official website. The candidates have to enter the correct details asked in order to view
