Expectations were high that CUCET examination will be hand over by NTA this year but officials at education ministry NTA and UGC have maintained their silence over this issue according to the report of THE HINDU.
In March the news came that NTA will conduct the CUCET exam this year but now there is no clear update about it.

Yes, syllabus from 11th and 12th Physics and Chemistry are available in CUCET entrance exam for UG courses.
For UG courses the paper is divided into two parts, Part A and Part B.
Part A basically test your general knowledge of English, Reasoning etc.
Whereas Part B has 4 sections. Below I have mentioned all 4 sections.
Section 1 and Section two are compulsory to attempt, whereas you can choose any one from Section 3 and Section 4. Incase you attempted both Section 3 and Section 4 then the best out of the two will be counted while preparing your merit.
CUCET syllabus for Section 1 that is Physics is following:-
As you can see the syllabus is of 11th, 12th only, and similarly in other sections too you will find 11th and 12th syllabus.

Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET) is an all-India level entrance exam conducted collectively by 14 central universities for admission in UG, PG, and PhD courses offered in all the participating institutions. CUCET is administered once a year across 120 cities in India. The exam will be conducted in offline mode (pen & paper) which is for two hours. The CUCET 2021 Exam will be held in the 4th week of July 2021(tentative). The application form for the exam has been released and the last date for submission is 2nd week of July 2021.

CUCET is central universities common entrance test.
The registration for CUCET 2021 was started in June 2021 it will last Till the second week of July, the admit card is likely to be published by 3rd week of July and the exam is scheduled for last week of July but due to current situation of Covid-19, the tentative date of the exam is August 2021.
Preparation -
To prepare for the CUCET exam, one should have the knowledge of numerical ability, logical reasoning, English and most important part, one should have general knowledge.
There are 100 questions in the exam and for every one wrong answer 0.25 marks is deducted.

No it is not compulsory to give CUCET for admissions in Top universities for B.C.A course. There are only 14 central universities and four state universities The accept B.C.A scores for admissions. So after writing CUCET you will be eligible for admissions in those 18 universities only. For being eligible for admissions in the other top universities you have to give other exams or the admissions are based on your 10+2 level score.
