If by CUCET you meant the entrance test which is conducted for admission to central universities then BCom isn't offered under CUCET till last year, you can check out all the courses offered in undergraduate courses at https://cucetexam.in/CUCET2020/Document/ProgramList_UI.pdf, However from this years it's being said that there will be few additions to the participating universities through CUCET, but the official notification regarding the same in detailed manner isn't released yet, you can stay updated at https://cucetexam.in/for the latest information regarding the same.
Cucet is common entrance examination for university. And punjab university take part of it. Last year cutoff of MSc in molecular medicine in punjab university was 30 percentage for OBC category candidates.
So if you get minimum 30% then you will get easily this course in punjab university. This is very reputable and good university.
Now come to the molecular medicine subject. This is very interesting course. It's mainly focused on scientific tools mechanism aspects of different disease. It is helpful for diagnosis and therapy both department. You can do so many job like

When it comes to the eligibility criteria of pursuing BCom from Delhi University, Mathematics isn't compulsory at 10+2 level unlike in case of BCom(Hons), hence you can apply for BCom in DU if you have passed 10+2 from a recognized board securing 60% or above aggregate in English/Hindi and combination of any three amongst accountancy, economics, commerce/business studies, mathematics

As you are appearing for the central universities common entrance test can check the cucet 2021 sample papers to evaluate their performance and knowledge in that particular subject .
You should practice the sample papers of 2021 after covering the complete syllabus and few months/weeks before the commencement of the exam. With the help of these sample papers you will be able to know about the complete exam pattern , marking scheme and will get an overview of it. By practising these papers you will be able to discover your weak and strong areas and work on that accordingly.
