hope you are doing well
sorry to say but you are not eligible to apper in gijcet and in neet cause they demand minimum 75% in boards and as you know your marksheet is not even having passed marks.
so it's impossible to apper in neet or gujcet insted or this I'll suggest you to do again your 11th 12th from opem school. score good marks and then appear in gujcat or neet and crack it.

There are some colleges for Veterinary Courses which take admission on the basis of GUJCET rank. Also many of the University might give you admission based on your Board marks as well as NEET score. Also they will look into your GUCJET score. But another way you can get admission through Management Quota.
