The marks scored by you is quite good and also B Pharma is one of the well known field and also this is the reason the cutoffs are also high for top colleges but definitely you can apply in your preferred colleges and compare the cutoffs with your marks and also you can go for more options of colleges rather than just focusing on one single college because this will increase your chance of securing admission in any of the good college.

As you have mentioned that you have secured 46.5 score in gujcet so let me tell you that it's a bit low to get top colleges through gujcet. Considering you as a general category candidate i would advise to go for colleges which lower cut offs and it would be better if you have given any other examination.

However various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
